BEFORE WE GET STARTED

A few good
questions.

What warranty comes with a new fence or gate?+

Newly installed fences and gates carry a one-year workmanship warranty from installation, subject to the signed agreement’s conditions and exclusions. If something needs attention, email our team with the issue and photos so we can review coverage and the next step. Material and operator coverage varies; the full guide explains conditions and exclusions. Read the warranty and claims guide.

What should I include in a bid request?+

Include the project name, location, fence type and height, approximate length, gate sizes, bid deadline, and construction schedule. If you have drawings or specifications, mention them in your request so we can coordinate the next step.

Can you handle fencing and automated gates together?+

Yes. We can discuss the fence, gate, operator, and access control as a coordinated scope. Power, civil work, fire access, and connections to other systems should be defined during estimating.

Do you work with general contractors and public owners?+

We welcome fence and gate scopes from general contractors, schools, municipalities, and commercial owners. Send the bid package and requirements so we can review the project.

Can I contact you before I have final plans?+

Yes. Start with the site, the problem you need to solve, and the expected timing. We can discuss available information and what is needed to define a quote.
