Website information, fence illustrations, aerial measurements, and planning budgets help you explore a project. They are not a survey, engineering design, permit approval, or binding company quotation. Product availability, measurements, site conditions, and scope must be confirmed before a final proposal.

Project agreements and warranty

Submitting a form or chatting does not create a construction contract or reserve an installation date. Scope, price, schedule, payment, warranty coverage, and exclusions are governed by the written agreement applicable to your project. These website-use terms do not replace a signed project agreement. Your rights and project-specific terms

These website terms do not restrict honest customer reviews, shorten statutory filing periods, impose late-payment interest or lien rights, or waive consumer protections. Any project agreement remains subject to applicable law, including cancellation rights, required notices, and payment-dispute rights where applicable. A deposit, form submission, or chat does not replace signatures, disclosures, or other formalities required by law. Nothing on this website requires you to defend or indemnify Fence Fanatics for its own negligence.

The warranty page describes express coverage and how to request service. It does not eliminate statutory rights or replace legally required notices. Changes to an existing project agreement require a valid amendment; website updates alone do not amend it.

Use of this website

Provide accurate information and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not misuse the forms, interfere with site operation, or submit unlawful content. Third-party maps, email delivery, and linked services depend on their providers and may be unavailable or delayed. Contact us by phone if a request cannot be completed online.

SMS messaging terms and conditions

Effective October 19, 2026. These terms apply to the Fence Fanatics LLC customer text messaging program.

Program and consent

Our conversational messaging program answers questions and supports fence and gate estimates, appointments, scheduling, project coordination, updates, and follow-up. By affirmatively opting in, you authorize messages about this program to the number you provide. Simply providing a phone number does not authorize unrelated marketing. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the number.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with inquiries, appointments, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Fence Fanatics LLC does not charge a separate participation fee; consult your wireless provider about your plan.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP or CANCEL to unsubscribe. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation; further program messages stop unless you opt in again. You may also call (469) 607-0505 to stop texts. Delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if you change or discontinue your enrolled number. Our Privacy Policy applies. Customer information is not shared for third-party promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose; other sharing described in the policy excludes this data.
